Responsibility

  • General support of the 2 founders and the accountant in all aspects of business build-up and set-up
  • Creation of documentation and definition of processes / workflows
  • Client support:
    • Answer support requests
    • Software configuration
    • Software user management
  • Support for marketing and sales:
    • Market intelligence: identification of client prospects
    • Creation of marketing material
    • Maintaining CRM tool
    • Webmaster

Skills

  • Fluent in German and English, French is an asset
  • Innovative, self-motivated and hands-on
  • Experience in marketing and sales
  • Strong affinity towards technology; no hesitation going beyond the comfort zone
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office, web
  • Experience in software user access management and respective concepts is an asset
  • Experience in a regulated industry is an asset
